6 of our 2nd year City & Guilds advanced Patisserie students were accepted into the Ritz Carlton 12 month internship programme in the USA.
So far they are thorougly enjoying their time away and the skills that they are learning. The weather has been a big adjustment for them but a novelty at the same time. We trust that they will enjoy their time there and the experience they will gain.
